Meet More than Milk

Hi, I'm Carley the heart behind More than Milk.

I'm a Mum of 3, raising our family on a dairy farm just outside of Taupo alongside my hubby aka my biggest supporter. Our days are full, often messy and sometimes overwhelming, but we wouldn't want it any other way.

Motherhood has stretched me in ways I never expected. I've lived the long nights, the doubts (still have those!), the breastfeeding challenges (hello engorgement and mastitis), the newborn fog and the loneliness of doing it all without much of a village. I know the feeling of carrying more than anyone can see.

That's why I chose More than Milk. This is a space for real mum's, in real moments. A place where you can come exactly as you are and feel supported, heard and never alone! No pressure, no judgement, just understanding from a mum who has been in the trenches and gets it.

More than Milk was founded by Julia Daly, a passionate lactation consultant and paediatric nurse and I am proud to carry on from Julia's amazing foundation.
